U.S. scientists declared Tuesday that two active Hawaii volcanoes — one where lava destroyed hundreds of homes in 2018 and another where lava recently stalled before reaching a crucial Big Island highway — have stopped erupting.

On December 5, 2022 I was able to see the beautiful Mauna Loa. Pictures and video do not do justice! I did not realize Madame Pele was in my photos until I downloaded to my computer. One of my most beautiful nights in my lifetime.
