No major changes on Kīlauea’s eruption, and a non-volcanic 4.3 earthquake on Maunaloa over the weekend:
Latest on Kīlauea:
– West Vent entry largely unchanged with north branch dominant
– Lava lake depth slowly deepens, still at 225 m / 738 ft
– SO2 within recent range, ~850 t/d
We include the latest photos, webcam time-lapses & monitoring data available courtesy of the USGS Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, and address live view questions as usual.
