Come along with me for our weekend! Talking about our trip to Hawaii, going shopping for pants, get ready with me for a night out, making fluffy pancakes (recipe below).
Fluffy Pancake Recipe
300g Self Raising Flour
60g sweetener/sugar of your choice
1 serve of vegan vanilla protein powder (I use macro mike almond protein)
1tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Approx 1 1/2cups unsweetened almond milk (may need more depending on the consistency you like, you want it to be a little thick)
1tsp vanilla essense
1. Combine dry ingredients first, then stir in the wet ingredients until mixed well.
2. Preheat a frypan on medium heat, I use spray oil so they don’t stick. Cook for a few mins on either side, they won’t show bubbles due to the thickness so you will need to experiment with your frypan and heat.
3. Enjoy with toppings of your choice.
