Recently, I ate a baked treat called a “Malasada.” Malasadas are deep fried dough balls, with an outer sugar coating. I found out that Malasadas are actually Portuguese fried doughnuts! In Hawaii, Malasadas are a very popular snack for locals and visitors alike! If you get a chance, you should try eating a Malasada! Whether you buy a Malasada or make it yourself, you will not be disappointed! Its just a fun way to experience (or remember) Hawaii! Thanks for watching!
