Another day, another craving.. Missing Hawaii too much so I tried to bring Hawaii to my kitchen and here is the easy way to make Loco Moco, the local Hawaiian meal, where you can find all the ingredients easily at the wet market or convenience store or even the supermarket..
Ingredients:
1. The Patty
– Ground Beef (I am using 250g of them and it became 2 patties)
– Pepper
– Salt
– Garlic Powder
– Worchester Sauce
– Unsalted Butter for fry
2. The Gravy (for this recipe, I am not using any stocks because I have none at the moment and this one is easier to make at home)
– Unsalted Butter
– Minced onion
– All Purpose Flour
– Milk
– Oyster Sauce
– Worchester Sauce
– Ketchup
– Can Mushrooms
3. Fried Egg
4. Hot Steamed Rice
