6 Oz Portioned Ground Beef 80/20 (80 Percent Meat and 20 Percent of Fat )
2-4 Qt Beef stock
1 Tbsp of Flour
1 Tbsp of Butter
Green onion Cut into Biased
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Any Mushroom about a Cup.
Heat a Pan with a 1 Tbsp of oil
Make sure it’s hot enough to give the Burger patty a nice Sear.
Wear both side then Remove from the Pan,
Sautéed Mushroom add butter to create a Roux .
Cook down the flour then add the beef stock and Simmer .
Add the Burger patty and turn stove off.
Heat a Non stick Pan .
Cook a Sunny Side up egg.
