2 Cups Elbow Mac
1/4 Cup Egg Whites
3 Egg Yolks (cooked)

Hamburger Patties:
1.5 lbs Ground Beef
1 Tbls Pepper
1 Tbls Onion Powder
1 Tbls Garlic Powder
2 Tbls Shoyu/ Soy Sauce
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Panko
1/3 Cup Diced Onion
Brown Gravy:
2 Cups Beef Stock
1/4 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Diced Onions
4 Garlic Cloves In a Paste
Salt and Pepper To Taste
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Tbls Butter (unsalted)
