Hi guys! This is an easy loco moco recipe that I think you guys should try. This loco moco reminds of hawaiian loco moco, which is loco moco in Hawaii. You can get this as a Hawaiian plate lunch at some Hawaiian restaurants, and it would be served up similar to this. Give this recipe a try and let me know how it goes!

Ingredients (Serves 2):
10 mushrooms (I used chestnut)
1/2 medium yellow onion
1/2 lb ground beef
salt and pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp mushroom powder
3 cups of veg stock ( beef or chicken works fine too)
2.5 tbsp corn starch + 2 tbsp of cold water (this is the corn starch slurry)
