Jolibee Burger Steak was my dad’s favorite, so when I had the best loco moco in Hawaii at Zippys I had to figure out how to make it. For this easy loco moco recipe I take the simple burger steak and add the loco moco gravy plus my favorite foie gras and a nice runny egg!

Every time I go to Hawaii I cannot get enough of this signature Hawaiian loco moco dish. I think the last time I was in Hawaii I had it 3 times in one week. 😂
