Mele Fong aka Ukulele Mele tells the story behind the hapa haole song Honolulu i'm Coming Back Again. Written in 1919, the song was issued under the sanction of The Chamber of Commerce of Honolulu by Aloha Temple, probably for a Shriners Convention in 1922.
