Mele Fong aka Ukulele Mele tells the story behind the traditional Hawaiian song Kuu Pua I Paoakalani. The song composed by Queen Liliuokalani during the nine months she was imprisoned at Iolani Palace after the overthrow of the monarchy in 1893 tells of the flowers that grew at Paoakalani, her home in Waikiki.
