2023 Ukulele Festival Hawaii conducted a free ukulele workshop and invited everyone to perform the following day at the 16th Annual Maui Ukulele Festival at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center. In tribute to our beloved Lahaina town in the aftermath of the tragic wildfires, the workshop attendees named themselves the Maui Strong Workshop Wonders! Ukulele Festival Hawaii, founded by Roy and Kathy Sakuma, continues to support ukulele events and educational initiatives to bring laughter, love and hope to children and adults of Hawaii and the world through the music of the ukulele.
