Traditional Hawaiian Music instruments (Pre-Western Period) included blowing the #pu (Conch) tapping the ipu (drum) for the music called #mele and today in the cultural evenings of #hula in #luau two types of music are used #kahiko (traditional) and #auana (modern) for #huladancer shows. In between narration of a 1000 year old #polynesian_history, traditional games, #taro tuber grinding and traditional games are shown to visitors, along with fire play and #hula dancing are performed introducing the spirit, culture and history of South Pacific Islands.
