Kayaking and walking tour of Flat Island & Lanikai Beach, Kailua, Oahu, 12-17-2022
Our children are in Oahu visiting us for the Holidays. We had a chance to paddle to and walk around the Flat (Popoia) Island in Kailua, Oahu. The Flat Island is a bleeding place (Bird Sanctuary) for the shearwaters birds. After walking around the island, we paddled to Lanikai Beach which is sort of a secluded beach. This side of the island beaches are known to be one of the best because they have very fine sands !
