Arguably the MOST BEAUTIFUL beach in the ENTIRE WORLD! On the windward (east) side of Oahu, an offshore reef helps keep the waters calm near the fine WHITE SAND beach at LANIKAI. We enjoyed SNORKELING in shallow and calm water where many BABY TROPICAL FISH are nestled into the coral. This is probably one of the most PICTURESQUE places on Oahu–white sand, calm blue water, and no crowd (if you go at the right time).
Then, we drove about 15 minutes to a random beach in KAILUA where we ESCAPED the tourists and enjoyed a combination of RELAXING BEACH and SURFABLE WAVES.
