Probably the biggest gem of the North Shores in my personal opinion and the one of the highlights of our hawaii vacay – we headed to Lanikai beach to spot the sea turtles, which would come to shore almost twice a day and at specific hours of the day.
If you're going to Hawaii and visiting the North Shores, be sure to stop by Lanikai Beach between 11am to 1pm or during sunset hours to catch these gentle sea creatures. Please also bear in mind that they're sensitive animals, so please stay away and keep a good distance from them. Do not scare them away or attempt to touch them.
