Don’t forget to wear sunscreen on!!! I went to Lanikai beach, Hawaii. Put some sunscreen when I get there, but after swimming I forgot to put sunscreen on my skin. Also SPF 30 wasn’t enough?! I totally burnt myself…🥲 I am still shedding like a minminsemi (cicada). ラニカイビーチで数時間。きれいなビーチに興奮して遊んでいたら、日焼け止めを塗るのを忘れていました。 というか、塗ったけど、泳いだ後に塗り直すのを忘れた＆SPF30じゃ弱かったのかも。 気をつけているのに、なぜか年に１回は丸焦げになるんですよね。 ５日ヒリヒリして、今脱皮の最中です。🥲 昨日、【SPF50】の日焼け止めをさっそく買いました。ハワイの日差しは沖縄よりも強力だと思いますので、気をつけてくださいね！
