Big Island officials and scientists taking proactive steps with all the recent earthquakes at Mauna Loa and tonight they met with some residents.
Jessica Dempsey, East Asian Observatory Deputy Director said that the scientists were removed for safety reasons. The scientists may be gone indefinitely or until TMT is built.
