The summit eruption in Halema‘uma‘u crater, at the summit of Kīlauea, continues with lava lake activity. An Oahu stepped back into the water six years after nearly losing his life in a shark attack. It was in 2015 when Tony Lee and his friends decided to swim to the Mokulua Islands off Lanikai when a shark took his right leg. To face his fears, Lee retraced his path in the water.
