今回は、さまざまな国でポピュラーに食べられているロコモコを作りました。 日本ではロコモコ丼として親しまれている、ハワイ発祥の安上がりでボリュームたっぷりな料理ですね！ ▷材料(2人前) 合い挽きひき肉 400g お米 2人前 たまねぎ 半分 アボカド 1つ 卵 2つ 塩 適量 粗挽き黒こしょう 適量 オリーブオイル 適量 ソースの材料 ★ケチャップ 大さじ2 ★しょうゆ 大さじ2 ★赤ワイン 50ml ★バター 10g ※お米は事前に炊いておく ▷作り方 1.たまねぎをみじん切りにして、オリーブオイルを引いたスキレットで炒めていく 2.あめ色になったらボウルに移し、よく冷ます 3.冷めたらひき肉を加え、塩と粗挽き黒こしょうをまぶし粘り気が出るまで混ぜる 4.空気を抜きながらハンバーグの形になるよう楕円形に形を整え、真ん中をくぼませる 5.スキレットにオリーブオイルを少量引いてハンバーグを焼いていく 6.中火で2分、ひっくり返して蓋をして、様子を見ながら中弱火で7分ほど加熱する 箸を刺して火の通りを確認(透明な汁が出ればOK) 火が通ったらお皿に避ける 7.ハンバーグから出た肉汁にソースの材料★を入れ煮たたせる とろみがついたらOK 8.スキレットにオリーブオイルを多めに引き、焦げ付き防止のため白い煙が出るまで加熱し、弱火に戻してから卵を落とし目玉焼きを作る お好みの焼き加減になったらお皿に避ける 9.アボカドは包丁を一周入れ、ひねると綺麗に2つに割れる タネを取り皮を剥いたらスライスする 10.お米をどんぶりに入れ、その上にハンバーグ、目玉焼き、アボカドを乗せソースをかければ完成！ This time, I made Loco Moco that is popularly eaten […]
